Customer data lives in individualized compartments on AWS EC2 servers, indexed in vector format. Everything is encrypted with TLS 1.2/1.3 in transit and AES 256-bit at rest.

PII is automatically redacted from data sources before indexing wherever possible, so personal details never reach the stored index. Redaction runs on every source the system reads.

Your content is retrieved at answer time, scoped to the person asking, and never shared with or used by third parties for any software or LLM training purposes.
