My passion is using my experience as a machine learning researcher and engineer to make a positive impact on society. I earned my PhD in Computer Science from the University of Washington, where I focused on applying ML in developing regions, and I have a strong background in mathematics and statistics from my undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at Princeton.
I have published on multiple deep learning methodologies including:
and have extensive experience in deploying ML in industry. I pride myself on creating and understanding novel, principled solutions to complex, real-world problems.
